Not that it will be a shock to anyone, but Michael Lohan and Kate Major have announced that they’ve called off their wedding.

According to a report, Miss Major has filed a restraining order against Papa Lohan for allegedly hitting her in the face with a shoe.

And it sounds like Michael has ruled out any chance for reconciliation. He told paparazzi, “Absolutely [it’s over]. We will never be [back together].

Lohan also stated, "There's gonna be a picture coming out very shortly showing how drunk Kate gets during the day when I come home. We have a lot of stuff. If she wants to persist... More stuff than she'll ever imagine that's gonna come out about her dad and about her."
