They’ve always had a special place for charitable causes, and earlier today (July 23) Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas were spotted helping out a very special cause.

The “No Reservations” babe and her “Wall Street” hubby paid a visit to the Children’s Hospital for Wales to help with a fundraising campaign.

Zeta Jones officially opened the Children’s Hospital back in 2006 to help kids with serious illness and terminal diseases.

Catherine is also a huge patron of the Noah’s Ark Appeal which is set up to raise money for the facility.
