She’s no stranger to high-profile events, and last night (July 19) Megan Fox was spotted at the 2010 VH1 Do Something Awards.

The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” babe looked lovely as she arrived at the Hollywood Palladium sporting a unique orange dress with matching heels.

Ms. Fox’s surprise appearance was for the purpose of introducing one of the five finalists for the night- 25-year-old Mark Rembert from Ohio.

Meanwhile, Megan’s former co-star Shia LaBeouf is busy in Chicago, Illinois with Fox’s replacement Rosie Huntington-Whiteley filming “Transformers 3.”
