An inside source told press, “Oksana says Mel told her, ‘I want Jew blood on my hands,’ and said he wanted the person taken to the desert, stripped naked, knee capped and left in the heat.”

This comes after multiple secretly taped conversations were released in which Mel does everything from spew more racism, to threaten Oksana’s life, to admit that he hit Oksana while she was holding their daughter Lucia.

Making it known that their wedding had come to an end earlier this month, it is being reported that The-Dream is the one who filed for divorce from Christina Milian.

With pictures of the hip-hop mogul getting cozy with an assistant having since been released, The-Dream actually turned in his divorce papers on February 17th - which happens to be a mere nine days prior to the birth of the ex-couple's daughter.

The-Dream (aka Terius Nash) claimed that his marriage with Miss Milian was “irretrievably broken” during the appeal to the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia.

With cheating seemingly at the root of the parting of ways, The-Dream added that he saw “no hope for reconciliation.”

Lindsay Lohan's Shrinking Sentence

Coming in as no surprise, Lindsay Lohan will most likely be getting out of jail sooner than the projected early August date.

According to her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, “It's our expectation that Ms. Lohan will get additional time credit from her earlier times in custody and that would reduce her time in jail."

Initially, Lindsay was expected to be released around August 1 or August 2, which means she would have served 14 days of her 90-day sentence.

It is up to Judge Marsha Revel to decide how much time credit Ms Lohan will receive and then send a minute order over to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department with that information.

Getting settled into her temporary digs at the Century Regional Detention Facility, Lindsay Lohan is lined up for quite the lonely weekend behind bars.

Having been taken into custody on Tuesday morning (July 20), the "Mean Girls" starlet has already used up her allotted visits for the week - as her mother, Dina, and former girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, came to see her over the past few days.

Talking about jail protocol, Steve Whitmore told press, "Inmates are allowed two 30 minute visits a week, from family and friends. Those don't include professional visits by attorneys. Ms. Lohan already has had her two thirty minute visits for the week."

And while inmates are usually required to have their visitors show up on weekends, LiLo got the weekday treatment over jail safety concerns.

Whitmore tells, "Ms. Lohan was allowed the visits during the week for security reasons."

As for her upcoming outlook, the latest reports tell that Lindsay will most likely be released in early August before being let loose for the probation department to keep tabs on.

Facing the consequences of his arrest earlier this summer, Chris Klein faced arraignment at a Van Nuys, California courthouse on Friday morning (July 23).

While the "American Pie" actor was able to avoid having to be present for the hearing, his attorney Blair Berk entered a "not guilty" plea to the DUI charge racked up on June 16th.

With this not being his first DUI, Mr Klein is facing two misdemeanor charges of DUI with a prior and operating a motor vehicle with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.

Continuing in her quest for custody of her daughter along with a handsome payout, Oksana Grigorieva was spotted back at her lawyer's office in Los Angeles, California on Friday (July 23).

Offering up a shy wave to awaiting paparazzi, the Russian pianist is in the midst of a bitter separation from allegedly abusive ex, Mel Gibson.

The sighting comes after it was reported by TMZ that Miss Grigorieva actually had a civil lawsuit ready to file against Mr Gibson back in May - as it was a backup plan in case she didn't get the custody and financial agreement desired.

Apparently, Oksana's former lawyer, Eric George, drafted the lawsuit and threatened "to file it while accusing Mel of battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault."

In the upcoming movie, “Warrior,” Mr Lutz is set to play a lacrosse player whose life spirals out of control after his father dies while Ms Greene will star as his love interest named Brooklyn.

Of working with Ashley in the new film, Kellan told MTV News, "Ashley's friggin' talented. It's really cool to see your friend [in a different way] and to work with a friend, let alone her being so talented, to see her transform from one character to another.”

He added, "Alice is a fun little pixie character, and then Brooklyn, you know, is a sweet, lacrosse-player type of coach's daughter. It's fun working with her and seeing her transform herself."

“Warrior” will be released sometime in 2011.

Big Names Gear Up for 2010 Teen Choice Awards

The 2010 Teen Choice Awards are coming up next month (August 9th) and it sounds like there will be plenty of stars in the house.

It was just announced that Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian are all planning on making it out for the big event.

Also new to the guest list are “New Moon” stars Robert Pattinson and Ashley Green, and longtime Hollywood hottie Sandra Bullock.

Previously announced attendees include Zac Efron, Victoria Justice, David Archuleta, Miranda Cosgrove, and Katy Perry, who will be hosting the gig.
